How durable is silverware and will I be constantly cleaning it?

When we supply your silverware, it will be polished and shiny. Depending on usage, in a short time, it will develop a soft patina. It will only require cleaning if it becomes tarnished and we can advise on the best method for cleaning multiple items in a busy kitchen environment.


What’s the minimum order amount?

We don't really have a strict minimum order quantity, it really depends on the item. We are able to supply low quantities of our "standard" items. But bespoke pieces will have additional one-off costs which would be amortised over the quantity ordered.

Do you only supply the UK?

Although a face to face meeting is always preferred, we are now up to speed with Zoom calls and can discuss supplying your bespoke silverware anywhere in the world.

Do you repair and restore personal items?

Unfortunately we only work with Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs and Institutions.
Try asking your local high street jeweller if he can undertake minor repairs.

What can I do if my silverware is accidentally damaged?

If your silverware is accidentally damaged, we can assess the repairs needed. We will then let you know if it is economically viable to repair the piece or maybe replace it. Good maintenance can enable you to keep you silverware in service for decades.

Do you only supply Silver-plate?

Our products are made from Copper or Brass, then silver-plated. Depending on the item, we may be able to supply it in raw Copper. We can also offer a range of finishes such as Antique Bronze, which is baked onto the base metal. We do not make with Stainless Steel.
